Eddy October Release Is Now Available

At Atheer, we continually strive to improve our platform.

The Eddy Release October Release of our Atheer Front Line Worker Platform introduces several new capabilities designed to meet the needs of your front line workers and Atheer administrators.

Platform Enhancements

Here are a few new platform enhancements that we've put on top of the Eddy Release.

Apple Developer and Google Play Console Account Support

Atheer now supports customers using their own Apple Developer and Google Play Console accounts for white labeled apps.

Now Atheer customers and partners can publish white labeled Atheer Lens apps from their own accounts on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Customizable “from:” email address for email notifications

Atheer now supports easy custom configuration of the “from:” email address for email notifications.

In the modern age of cyber hacking and phishing, it’s important to be able to identify from whom your email invitations are coming and that they are expected.

Work-Assist Enhancements

Here are some Work-Assist enhancements that we've added on top of the Eddy Release.

Support for Read Only responses in AiRForms

Read Only property was added to the following response types:

The information imported from an external systems into Atheer can be set to Read Only to prevent it from being changed in order to maintain the integrity of the information.

Support for Arithmetic responses in AiRForms

Atheer AiRForms can now perform arithmetic calculations in responses and auto-calculate them as Read Only.

The system auto-calculates arithmetic responses, so the user doesn’t have to exit the application and perform the calculations off system.

Ability to search for Jobs that have no users assigned to a specific Role

This new feature will identify all Jobs where there are no users assigned against the Role in the Job. Only Jobs where the Role is present, and no users assigned to the Role, will get listed.

This new feature makes it very easy for customers to search for, and discover, Jobs that have no users assigned to specific roles, and then assign the appropriate person to the job.

Case insensitive search

Creating a filter for any of the following attributes will use the case Insensitive search:

Text
Barcode
QR Code

Removing the case sensitivity while searching in these attributes allows the ability to search for the same item regardless of an upper case or a lower case.

Further updates and performance enhancements
