- Navigate to the users section of Atheer Studio. If you do not see the audiences icon in the left hand menu it is likely you do not have permissions to create and manage audiences. Please contact your administrator if this is the case.
- To create a new dynamic audience, click on Add Filter button. A list of all available profile fields for filtering purposes will appear. You can scroll through the list to find the required field or simply type the field name. In this example the filter is based on the “Job Role” field.
- Once the field for filtering has been selected a list of search conditions will appear. In this example the “contains” condition has been selected and will pick up any “Job Role” which contains the word “automation”. The user list will automatically be filtered for users matching the criteria. Click the Done button
NOTE: Other conditions include: “is”, “is not”, “starts with”, “ends with”, “does not contain”, “is not set”, and “is set”. These allow for great flexibility in creating the filtering rules. - Any number of additional filters may be applied by clicking the Add Filter button again. In this case a second filter based on the profile attribute “Location” and the condition “is US” has been created and the list of users will be adjusted to those only meeting both filters. Click the Done button.
- Once the required filters have been created, and the results verified (if users meet the filter criterias), the dynamic audience can be saved by clicking on the “SAVE DYNAMIC AUDIENCE” button towards the top Audience Column.
