Collect feedback from Users in AiRSession through external surveys

Collecting feedback is an important part of collaboration. To provide even more ways of enabling feedback collection, Atheer AiRSessons now support the ability to link to external survey tools.

This feature automatically launches external, third-party surveys at the end of AiRSessions on both the Web and Mobile Apps. This new feature allows you to use the 3rd-party, Web-based survey tool of your choice to ask their users to provide feedback on their AiRSession experience.

Follow the steps below to activate the Enable External Survey feature:

1. Log into Atheer Studio and click on the (Settings) tool at the bottom of the main toolbar.
   
   
2. In the Settings page, click on the AiRSession tab to reveal the AiRSession settings.
   
   
   
   
3. On the AiRSession settings page, click on the Enable external surveys switch.
   
   
4. In the External Survey URL field, add the survey link that was provided by your external survey provider.
   
   
5. Click the Save button.

Now, all AiRSession users will be prompted to take the external survey when they leave their AiRSessions.
