Invite a Guest while Hosting an AiRSession
- From within your AiRSession, click on the INVITE USERS button at the bottom of the screen.
- In the Select Users pop-up, click the ADD A GUEST button.
- In the Invite a guest pop-up, you are presented with 3 different ways to invite guests: Email,Phone number, and Device ID.
- To invite guests by email, select the Email button, type in the invitee’s complete email address, and then click the ADD button. You can add multiple guest email addresses. Also, you will still see any phone numbers, Device IDs, and regular users that were added to the guest list.
- To invite guests by phone number, select the Phone Number button, type in the guest’s mobile device phone number, and then click the ADD button. You can add multiple guest phone numbers. Also, you will still see any email addresses, phone numbers, Device IDs, and regular users that were added to the guest list.
NOTE: If you are entering an international phone number (outside the USA), click the “X” to the right of the country code to delete the “+1” and then add in the international country code. - NOTE: The Device ID is assigned to a device when the Atheer Lens app is installed on it. The Device ID is presented to the device’s user on the Trying to join an AiRSession page.
Scroll down to the bottom of the Enter your workspace page, tap the Join AiRSession as Guest link, and note the Device ID.
To invite guests by Device ID, select the Device ID button, type in the guest’s Device ID, and click the ADD button. You can add multiple guest Device IDs. Also, you will still see any email addresses, phone numbers, and regular users that were added to the guest list. - Once you have invited all your guests, click the white DONE button at the top of the Invite a guest pop-up.
- Back in the Select Users pop-up, click the SEND INVITES button, and all the guests on the list will receive their invites.
